disclaimer: this is the life and times of meredith r. mistletoe. i'm making a slight attempt to disguise my identity and hide things that i write about and pretend i don't feel things i do. but if you read this and i don't know you read it, then you read it at your own risk. and you should let me know you're reading it... especially because a lot of the time things need clarifying or aren't quite true anymore or etc etc etc.

note: potential employers: please do not judge me on my diaryland. that's lame.

ooo. ooo. ooo. ooooo.

yeah.

seems that a lot of people are clicking into here via the saskatoon search link....so i'm thinking i will now devote a lot of time to mentioning the city, the province, and it's various landmarks and events as much as possible in my entries. so that we can all sit around saying 'hey, i've been there!' or, 'i was there tonight, maybe i saw her!' and 'it was crazy weather today!'
it will be fun!!!!!

so today i was going to go out to the train station, but i opted to stay at home to sew. i almost finished the bikini bottoms i was working on. soon i will have a brown polka-dot bikini (yes, not yellow) to wear when i go out to cranberry flats or ness creek or pike lake. i'm pretty excited for it, actually, i hope it works out. it probably won't though, luckily i have lots of fabric.

it was pretty strange weather today, very very windy and almost..hot. last week it was snowing and snowing, and my truck got stuck in an icey parking space downtown...then today it's fucking 20 degrees. that's 70 for you non-celciusers. so i finally painted some more of my furniture. i got my tv stand and one bookcase done. i'm so productive.

mum made a cheese fondue for supper. i've never had a cheese fondue. it was good with brocolli. broccoli?

i went to auditions for off-broadway dinner theatre's summer show today. i am clearly clearly not suited for any of the parts and knew that going into it..so i can't really explain why i was so nervous. but i sure was. mat busby was there. he's pretty fun to see every now and again. and i actually did a fine audition...if you like that sort of thing. i think maybe my nerves were gross because there were people there that i vaguely look up to, that taught me drama camp and just are generally far better than me. or at least, i perceive them to be.

i'm actually working tomorrow...that will be a change. huh.. apparantly everyone at b.s. has to have a meeting with brett, one of the head guys this week. i hope i get to tomorrow! actually, i quite dislike the guy, and would like to poke him in the belly, it would make him oh-so uncomfortable.

he's not the only one.
