me and alisinian went to see this play yesterday.       and it was so amazing.
it's on at the u. of s., put on by the students.
it's so amazing. ai.     there was a large cast, evenly half boys and half girls, in various stages of black undress. and all fairly good looking and right in their own way.    it was called metamorfine. i couldn't figure out who it was written by. they used greek chorus style for some of it, and there were net hammocks on the ceiling with ropes to climb up to them.     there was a huge focus on water, but theirs was deep blue. and they did incredible dances sort of....with these huge oil drums and culligan bottles to keep the rhythm.
and the most interesting parts...i think...were these few scenes where it was intensely sexual.     it was like this provocative touching where it gradually progressed (especially in the first one) and it was just good (not dirty or ugly - see mydislike of sex). i don't think that anyone in the audience felt uncomfortable or giggly. it was just beautiful...and provacative, there needs to be more of that in this world.

i wish you all could see it. i really do. i suppose some of you can. i want to go again, but i have an intense lack of money. intense.

i think i'll ask my mum anyway.
