i'm off work early again. sam keeps over-staffing like no one's business. but i was happy to go. i have such a headache. the kind where it hurts when i move my head. i took some ibuprophen, but it doesn't seem to be helping.

we got all the fudge nut bars dipped. i'm glad it's out of the way for a month or two. oh the telephone! oh jeffmorton. apparantly he didn't leave town at all. that's good. it's his birthday tomorrow. still haven't gotten him anything. dammit.

and it's alicia's going away party tonight, and i still haven't gotten her anything. and i have to clean up the house. my mum's coming home soon. that'll be good. i mean if i see her at all.

i saw sweet sweet constantine today. it's funny because nearly everyone at work had grilled cheese sandwiches including me. and i'd forgotten that that was mine and janel's secret mating call because i never think about him anymore. i should start again. but i just saw him, on the bridge, he was on his longboard, probably coming home from his radio show, which i forgot to listen to. he looked irritable.

one of his bandmates came in to jerry's today. and bassmatt came in as well, he's so cute. i mean, technically.

boys boys.

i still feel like i'm just waiting. for everything. life.

but in the meantime i should get some shit done. and soon.
